Hidden Required Field Validation Revert

We have reverted the fix for APS-2714 / NPFRBT-248 in this release.

Issue Description:
When a required field is hidden in Alpha (through dependency rules), the renderer still treats it as invalid, blocking progress even though it’s hidden.

Why Reverted:
The original fix introduced unexpected side effects that impacted form validation behavior in certain scenarios. We are reverting this change to restore stable form behavior.

Next Steps:

  • This issue (NPFRBT-248) will be reopened and addressed with a comprehensive fix in the next release
  • We will ensure thorough testing across all dependency rule configurations before re-releasing the fix

If you were relying on the fix from release 25.12.12.0.0-lts for hidden required fields, please be aware that hidden required fields will again block form submission until this is properly resolved in the upcoming release.
