I’m currently diving into the Alpha Masterclass and thoroughly enjoying the hands-on experience and learning opportunities it provides. It’s been an exciting journey exploring the inner workings of our platform and understanding the critical workflows that drive real-world implementations.
As I move forward with the next set of tasks, I’ve hit a small roadblock — I need access to the Approval and Underwriting groups in the Alpha environment to continue progressing. These are essential for completing the next steps in the module and getting a better grasp of workflow orchestration and permissions.
If anyone from the platform or support team could help grant this access, I’d really appreciate it.
