# Alpha case decision getting error

Hi @Sam @NashitaAfrah

I have a doubt regarding Alpha. When I claim a new case as an underwriter, the case decision is successful and it moves to the group. However, when I claim the same case as an approver and try to approve it, the case decision call fails.
