Alpha case creation is not working and is returning a 500 error. Since this is part of today’s POC task, please prioritize and resolve it as soon as possible.
@Sourabh.Jadhav Could you please check the case service logs in the respective cluster and share the error screenshot here for further analysis?

Please check in bpm the execution server is running or not
