Access Issue with Alpha Platform

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to access the Alpha Platform using my username from the SSD platform, but I’m unable to log in.

Link I’m trying: https://ids-alpha.neutrinos-apps.com/interaction

When I attempt to log in, I get the following error:

“Invalid Credentials! Please try again or select a valid login option”

Does the Alpha Platform require separate credentials, or should the same SSD credentials work here?

Any guidance or clarification would be appreciated.

for the Alpha platform you will need a separate set of credentials. SSD credentials will not work there. You can click on forgot password, and they will send you a temporary password to log in

There is no Forgot Password option available.
